Presentation Review Mandatory Fee (for Workshop Presentation):

. Presentation Review Fee: This fee is mandatory for all Workshop presentations. It must be paid immediately after submitting your Presentation.
. Review Process: Your Workshop Presentation will be reviewed by the Emirates Pathology Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members, but this will only happen once the review fee has been paid.

. Acceptance & Next Steps: If your Workshop Presentation is successfully reviewed and accepted (and any requested edits are made), you'll receive a Workshop Presentation Acceptance Letter. Afterward, you can proceed with the registration process for the event.

DTCM Permit Mandatory Fee:

. DTCM Permit Fee: This is a mandatory fee for international participants attending the conference. The fee covers the cost of processing the DTCM permit, which helps smooth out the immigration application process when entering the UAE.

. Purpose: The DTCM permit ensures that you can enter the UAE without any immigration issues, facilitating your attendance at the conference.

. DTCM Application: The event organizers will handle the application process for you, meaning you don't have to worry about applying for the permit yourself.

Registration fees are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to the next edition or switch to virtual attendance.
