Presentation Review Mandatory Fee (for Workshop Presentation):

Presentation Review Fee: This fee is mandatory for all Workshop presentations. It must be paid immediately after submitting your Presentation.
Review Process: Your Workshop Presentation will be reviewed by the Emirates Pathology Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members, but this will only happen once the review fee has been paid.

Acceptance & Next Steps: If your Workshop Presentation is successfully reviewed and accepted (and any requested edits are made), you'll receive a Workshop Presentation Acceptance Letter. Afterward, you can proceed with the registration process for the event.

DTCM Permit Mandatory Fee:

DTCM Permit Fee: This is a mandatory fee for international participants attending the conference. The fee covers the cost of processing the DTCM permit, which helps smooth out the immigration application process when entering the UAE.

Purpose: The DTCM permit ensures that you can enter the UAE without any immigration issues, facilitating your attendance at the conference.

DTCM Application: The event organizers will handle the application process for you, meaning you don't have to worry about applying for the permit yourself.
