                                Poster Presentation Guidelines




15th World Endoscopy & GI Conference

📍
December 17–19, 2025 | Novotel Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE & Virtual Platform

We are pleased to welcome you as a Poster Presenter at the 15th World Endoscopy & GI Conference. Please review the following instructions to ensure your participation is smooth, professional, and impactful.


 1:
Identifying Your Area of Contribution

  • You may select your own topic, provided it is relevant to Endoscopy, Gastroenterology, Laparoscopy, Bariatric Surgery, or related innovations.
  • If unsure, our scientific committee can guide you toward a suitable theme.

 
2: Abstract Submission

  • Submit your abstract via: https://endoscopy-gi.utilitarianconferences.com/submit-abstract
  • A review fee is required at the time of submission.
  • Abstract Requirements:
    • Maximum length: 250 words
    • Must include: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Background, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion.
  • Once reviewed, you will receive an Acceptance Letter to confirm approval.


 3: Registration & Confirmation

  • Following acceptance, you must complete your registration payment to confirm your slot.
  • Once registered, please provide:
    • A professional photo (high-quality headshot).
    • Your institution/organization logo.
    • Your final abstract and presentation title (if not already submitted).


4: Poster Presentation Format

  • Time Allocation: Each presenter will have 15 minutes for poster discussion.
  • Poster Specifications (Onsite):
    • Size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm), portrait orientation.
    • Layout: Clear sections (Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion).
    • Design: Large fonts (minimum 24 pt), concise text, and high-quality images/graphs.
  • Virtual Presenters: Posters must be submitted in PDF format prior to the conference.

 
5: Optional Slide Deck

  • You may also prepare a PowerPoint presentation (15–20 slides) to accompany your poster discussion.
  • Slides should highlight key points rather than replicate the entire poster content.
  • Accepted formats: PPT, PPTX, or PDF.


 6: Professional Conduct

  • Ensure your poster is scientifically accurate and free from promotional material.
  • Respect the allocated time to allow smooth scheduling.
  • Be prepared for interactive Q&A with delegates and session chairs.
