15th World Endoscopy and GI Conference

We are pleased to welcome you as a Delegate at World Endoscopy 2025. Please review the following guidelines to make the most of your conference experience.


Registration

• All delegates must complete their registration online prior to the event.

• Register here: https://endoscopy-gi.utilitarianconferences.com/registration

• Registration includes access to:

o Keynote sessions and plenary talks

o Panel discussions and poster sessions

o Exhibition area and networking activities

o Digital program materials


Delegate Profile Submission (After Registration)

After registration, delegates are required to submit the following for inclusion in the official conference materials:

• Professional Photograph (Headshot): High-resolution JPEG/PNG.

• Biography (150–200 words): Including academic/professional background, current role/affiliation, research or industry interests, and achievements.


Deadline: Within 7 days of registration.

Before the Conference

• Ensure you have received your confirmation letter and payment receipt.

• Book travel and accommodation early (special conference rates are available at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha).

• International delegates should check visa requirements and request an official invitation letter if needed.


Onsite Delegates

• Collect your delegate badge and conference kit at the registration desk.

• Wear your badge at all times to access conference areas.

• Attend keynote lectures, technical sessions, poster presentations, and networking events as per the


Program schedule.

• Tea, coffee, and lunch will be provided during scheduled breaks.


Virtual Delegates

• Login details and technical instructions will be provided prior to the event.

• Ensure a stable internet connection and updated Zoom/online platform software.

• Engage actively in live sessions, Q&A, and networking opportunities.

• Access recordings and presentation slides (where permitted) after the conference.


Code of Conduct

• Maintain professionalism and respect throughout the event.

• Unauthorized photography, recording, or distribution of presentations is not permitted.

• Contribute actively to discussions and Q&A sessions.


Recognition & Benefits

• Certificate of Participation awarded to all registered delegates.

• Networking with international experts, industry leaders, and peers.

• Inclusion in the official delegate directory (if profile is submitted).

• Access to conference proceedings and selected speaker presentations.
