15th World Endoscopy & GI Conference

We are honored to welcome you as a distinguished Speaker at the 15th World Endoscopy & GI Conference. To help you prepare and ensure a smooth participation experience, kindly review the detailed guidelines below:
1. Topic Selection
• Speakers are encouraged to select a topic that aligns with the conference’s scientific themes and objectives.
• Topics may include (but are not limited to) Endoscopy, Gastroenterology, Laparoscopic Surgery, Bariatric Procedures, GI Innovations, Therapeutic Advances, and Clinical Case Studies.
• If you require guidance in finalizing your topic, our scientific committee will be happy to assist.
2. Abstract Submission & Review Process
• All speakers are required to submit an abstract for review before final confirmation.

• Please note: a review fee £30 must be paid at the time of submission.
• Abstract Guidelines:
o Word Limit: 250 words
o Structure: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
o File Format: Word or PDF
• After submission, the scientific committee will review your abstract.
• If accepted, you will receive an official Acceptance Letter confirming your participation.
3. Registration & Confirmation
• Once your abstract is accepted, you will be required to pay the registration fee to secure your speaker slot.
• Registration is mandatory for all speakers, whether attending onsite or virtually.
• Only upon payment of the registration fee will your participation be officially confirmed.
4. Speaker Deliverables
Upon confirmation of registration, kindly provide the following materials to our organizing team:
• A high-resolution professional photograph (for website and program listing).
• Your organization/institution logo.
• A 250-word abstract (if not already submitted).
• Your final presentation title (if not already mentioned during submission).
5. Presentation Guidelines
• Time Allotted: Each speaker will have 25 minutes to deliver their talk (20 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
• Slides: Prepare approximately 25–30 PowerPoint slides to fit within the allocated time.
• Format: PPT or PPTX (PDF backup also recommended).
• Style Recommendations:
o Use clear visuals and minimal text for better audience engagement.
o Include diagrams, charts, or case images where appropriate.
o Ensure all videos or multimedia content are embedded and tested in advance.
• Technical Assistance: Laptops, projectors, and laser pointers will be provided for onsite speakers. Virtual speakers will be supported through a professional online platform.
6. Code of Conduct
• All presentations should be scientific and educational in nature.
• Promotional or commercial content should be strictly avoided.
• Respect the allocated time to ensure smooth session flow.
• Maintain professional decorum and foster inclusive discussions.
7. Recognition & Benefits
• All speakers will receive an Official Certificate of Appreciation
• Recognition on the conference website, program, and social media
• Publication of Abstracts in the conference proceedings
